Features of C Series Deluxe Containerized Concrete Batch Plant
1. It is composed of the system of material supply, stirring and electric control;
2. Its discharge height is 3.8m, and it can stir various types of concrete;
3. With the loader to feed material, it can store three types of aggregates at the same time;
4. Equipped with three cement silos and one fly ash bin, and also their respective screw conveyor;
5. With electronic scales to measure;
6. The mixing host adopts twin-axis, and it is of high production efficiency;
7. The electrical system is equipped with Industrial Personal Computer—IPC, printers and so on;
8. The entire equipment is of centralized-control and overall management;
9. With the function of real-time display, automatically equalizing the fall and abnormal alarm during the whole production process;
10.The production process can be manually controlled or automatic control, and also can be easily converted through the switch.
Note: The cement silo and the relative screw conveyor are special ordered by the customers.
